Our aim is to ensure that all learners, parents, teachers and employers have total confidence in the qualifications that are available. We will ensure that organisations that award qualifications have good systems and are held to account for their performance. We will also make sure that all qualifications are fair, comparable and that there is fair access for all candidates. We will constantly monitor standards in qualifications, exams and tests and ensure the highest quality of marking. We believe it is essential that the qualifications market provides values for money and meets the needs of both learners and employers. We are a listening organisation and encourage debate amongst all our stakeholders.
